The challenge

What your members actually do during the challenge.

Voice note, photo, or one tap to re-log. Your members log in under 60 seconds a day — which means they actually do it, every day.

Members can ask Cal anything — "what should I eat before training?", "I'm going out tonight, what's a good choice?" — and get personalised, goal-aware answers instantly.

Progress charts for weight, body fat and measurements, with calories always in context as steps and workouts sync automatically from their watch.

Step challenges, protein goals, logging streaks — members compete on a leaderboard and motivate each other to stay consistent for all 30 days.

Full access continues to the end of December — then we review and decide together.

£199 flat covers the full 3.5-month pilot — unlimited challenge participants and any other gym members. No per-head fees. At a typical 40-person challenge, that’s about £1.50 per member per month.
