I’m a strength trainer with over three years of hands-on training experience. Before becoming a personal trainer, I spent years helping people improve their strength, confidence, and performance in the gym, which gave me a strong foundation in coaching real individuals with real goals. Over time, my passion naturally transitioned into powerlifting, where I focus on building strength through proper technique, smart programming, and sustainable progress. What makes my coaching unique is that I blend practical experience with a lifter-first mindset — I don’t just train numbers, I train people. My goal is to help clients get stronger safely, consistently, and with confidence both inside and outside the gym.
