I’m a qualified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach with a practical, human-first approach to food, movement, and sustainable change.
I’m also a mum, divorced, and someone who has rebuilt her health and life after a cancer diagnosis. These experiences shape how I coach. Not from a place of sympathy, but from deep understanding of what it means to juggle responsibilities, manage stress, and prioritise your wellbeing when life is full and sometimes challenging.
I work with people who want to feel better in their bodies without extremes, overwhelm, or perfectionism. My focus is on building simple, realistic systems around nutrition that fit real life. Busy schedules, emotional eating, menopause, confidence dips, and starting again after a tough chapter are all things I support clients through regularly.
I believe nutrition should support your nervous system, your energy, and your lifestyle. Not dominate it. No food is “good” or “bad”. The goal is consistency, clarity, and confidence over time.
Alongside coaching, I’m passionate about education and writing. I enjoy translating evidence-based nutrition into language that feels accessible, compassionate, and actionable.
If you’re looking for guidance that’s supportive, realistic, and grounded in everyday life, I'd be happy to support you!
