I’m a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and Level 2 Fitness Instructor, specialising in pre and postnatal fitness and women’s health. As a mum of two, I understand the physical and emotional changes women experience at every stage of life. I provide personalised training and tailored nutrition guidance designed around your individual goals, lifestyle, and body’s needs. I can create customised nutrient plans depending on your personal requirements, whether your focus is fat loss, strength building, postpartum recovery, or overall wellbeing. I offer online or in-person coaching. Each week with online coaching, we review your progress, discuss challenges, adjust your training and nutrition plan, and ensure you stay on track toward your goals With in-person one-to-one training, every session is tailored specifically to your goals, fitness level, and lifestyle—ensuring structured guidance and measurable progress.
